The girls had their last soccer games yesterday for the fall season...Emma's team won 5-1, Emma had all five goals for the game...she even had to PK's and made them both..She really has become an incredible player...She knows the game and knows where to be..She carries herself in such a fair manner, and it is BEAUTIFUL to watch her play..I have other parents who come over and tell me how great she is and how they just love to watch her. In this season, she played nine games and had 33 goals!!!!!!!! She would usually be taking a break until February when spring season starts, but we got a call that a Ponte Vedra girls premeire team would like Emma to be a guest player on their team for a tournament in December, so Emma is going to do it..Practices start this Weds.. She is super excited and it's all she wants to do these days!!!
Maya's team finished a great season too..They lost only two games...She is still really new to it, but she is doing really well..She is super aggressive which shocked me...She is typically the more quiet and shy one, but as soon as she steps on the field, she runs her little heart out, tries her hardest and plays along with all these boys!! Her heart is into it, and you can see how much fun she is having...it is nice that she plays it just for the fun of it, and doesn't care about the competition part...She will also resume in the spring, but she said she may do something else next year...so we shall see...:)
