Ava turned two and it was a fun moment. It had been a rough few days. I had just gotten home from my grandmother's funeral, and then had to attend the service for a dear friend, the evening of Ava's birthday/ Because of all that had gone on, we decided to not have a party and just focus on her at the privacy of our home, and just make it simple. she got her presents, the main one is a dwarf hamster named Ming-Ming. Ava loves her and spends lots of time with her. Thank you all for the gifts, comments, calls and just loving her the way we do.
Here are things Ava is doing and into at two years old:
*She loves her baby dolls, A LOT!!! She feeds them, takes them everywhere, loves them, bathes them., you name it.
*She has great manners. She says pease, tank you, you welcome, no tanks, and scuse me. Yes, I wrote them how she says them.
*She loves to sing and dance, and will do it anywhere. Ava is not shy.
*She likes to call her Pa-Pooh on the phone.
*She loves to color and draw. She says "I drawning.
*She likes wearing Maya's t shirts for pajamas.
*She is obsessed with Dora, and Diego.
*She hates wearing her shoes, she only wants to wear Maya's flip flops, and yes, we let her.
*She is obsessed with this one monkey shirt of hers and wears it four times a week.
*When you tell her you love her, she says "I lub you too"
* she talks all the time!!!!
*She can work the ipad better than most adults.
*She can count to 14.
*She can tell you all the noises animals make, and her favorite is a piggy, she will yell out oink oink.
*She loves the happy birthday song, we actually had to sing it with her five times on her birthday.
*She loves bugs.
*She loves monkeys.
*She loves riding the bike with her daddy.
* She loves going to the carousel, she will say "I go ride horseys"
*when she saw me crying the other day, she rubbed my face and said :It's alyight mommy, it's okay"
*She is affectionate, kind, sweet, funny, stubborn, independent, strong willed, smart, charismatic, full of life, full of energy, and man, I just love this little girl.
